I am presently on H4 Visa status and I would like to change this to a Visa status that will   enable me work in the US . The H4 Visa is valid from 07/10/2002 to 02/01/2005 . What are the forms that I need to complete and where do I need to go for help ? What Visa status is eligible for me to work in the USA ?
