here's the materials you need:
a toothbrush
a small hobby motor (real cheap on ebay)
a ball point pen
some electrical tape
a guitar string (2nd to smallest works)
some small gauge electrical wire
9volt battery

ok, get one of those cheap plastic toothbrushes, put a flame in the middle of it and bend it into a "7". tape the hobby motor to the top of it.  now take the ink out of your pen, cut the now empty pen in half, use file and file the ball out of the tip of the pen.  tape the pen to the other end of the toothbrush.  now use a piece of the wire insulation and a piece of a paper clip to attach the guitar string to the shaft of the hobby motor so it raises and lowers with the turning of the motor.  attach the wires to the back to the motor with a little solder, positive to positive, negative to negative, buzzzzzzz..... your ready to go.  Please take caution though to use the correct ink, and to take any necessary sanitation precautions.
