I am fourteen years old and I am wanting to get my naval pierced.I live in South Carolina and you must have a medical excuse, and Identification card, and your parents signature. My family and I are vacationing in Georgia and my mother told me that I could get it done.I called around to ask about their laws and codes and every place is saying no until your 18 or the same thing thats in South Carolina. Can anyone clarify if you can get it done at 14 with just a signature or should I just stop wasting my time and just get it done here in my hometown?
