Hey Fatboy,
I see on another site that it's likely that your PCM (computer) is not telling your compressor to cycle off.  This causes your evaperator to then freeze up into an iceball.  Then, when you shut the vehicle off for a period of time, the iceball naturally melts, dripping down on your passenger side carpet. God bless...

Truck usually starts easily with single turn of key but as of late seems to vary, up to multiple tries, sometimes with slight smell of gas. Maybe a choke problem? Local
dealership cannot find a problem. Seems to happen more when engine has cooled but not completely cold. Thanks ahead of time !
