I have a 2001 town & country mini van and the passenger door window will not go up. I
have notice it was making a dying sound and did not want to go up. Sometimes I had to push down on the window to make it go up. How do you get in the door panel.

I have the same problem with my 2001 Town & Country.  I had the door all apart, got it working fine as long as the door panel was off.  I think the window motor is over worked. Only other option is a bad relay, but I'm not sure there is a relay on the passenger door.  Driver door has "auto" function that requires a relay.
