'COLLAR POPPIN' AS IN POPPIN YO COLLA MEANS TA GRAB THA COLLAR OF YOUR SHIRT AND POP IT UP. ITS A BAY AREA THANG AND ANYONE ELSE THAT DOES IT IS A BITER.
