My 1989 Chrylser New Yorker, with a 3.0 L, with optical ignition, won't start, or starts sometimes, then dies, with no pattern. Have loss of Spark. In first few seconds of cranking(while asd is closed) i have volts at + coil only. With snapon Scanner,in ATM test, i can get the coil to spark, ASD, Etc.All work fine. Only code is 11, loss of ignition reference. I have replaced the dist., Coil, timing belt, fuel pump, etc., just because of the cars age. Even tried another PCM. I can't find a wiring of just the ignition system, or how to trouble shoot the problem. It has Four wires at the dist., orange is 9 volts, but nothing on others. I have tested all fusable links, always have Volts, after the link, even when it dies.Any help in trouble shooting this Problem. When it does start, right before it dies(if it dies), i get a skip in the engine. I Assume, it is maybe a loose wire, but all the moving of wires, while running, won't make it die. No lab scope to use. Please somebody help me.
