I have a 1994 cavalier and its leaking water out the heater core drain plug does that mean it needs to be replaced?TY in advance

Yes, if is what you say is true, then you need to get your heater core replaced. If you prolong it ... you may damage the engine by overheating it.

find the leak and get some silicon gel and stripping and place the gel on let it get tacky and place stripping over that

i think u just might need a new head gasket
