I would say Saudi Arabia mostly due to politics and shipping distance. China is too far away and Iraq has not been on the friendly-list for quite some time. In fact there was an embargo against Iraq since after the 1990 first Gulf War.

Canada.  The United States imports more oil from Canada than from any other nation.  Mexico is a very close second.  Saudi Arabia is third, at best.

The guy who wrote China, Iraq and Kuwait is a moron. He must have just randomly pulled countries out of a hat. The top 5 countries in which the U.S. gets its oil are in order: Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela and Nigeria. Notice that Iraq isn't in the top five. Iraq only supplies 5% of all U.S. oil. It kinda makes you realize all those people out there saying the war in Iraq is because of oil are completely misguided and wrong.
