Hi, I'm from Mexico and I keep having trouble to open the autocad program, here is what happens...
every time I install the program, I can use it with no problem, but as soon as I connect to internet I get a message that says "FATAL ERROR : Unhandled access violation reading 0x0000 exception at 77e4cd71h" shutting down the program and closing my drawings without saving them. and if I try to open the program I get that same message and will not open.

one more thing. I run Windows XP and maybe the problem is with some settings in my computer. if you know, please tell me, it's very important to me.
