What does it mean when your female pitbull is leaking milk but has had no puppies as yet? Can you please help to find out

she has probably just recently been insemenated

my female pitt done the same thing. the vet told me it was a false pregnancy the  milk would dry up. cheeba (my pitt) enjoyed a warm bath it helped her. before it dry up they swell up and hert. then again she might be pregnant. pitt are pregnant for 63 days. if she has milk you might want to take her to the vet they can do x-rays after 8 wks. to let you know. they produce about 2 wks before whelping.
