hey mallory my name is kaylyn and im from iowa n i wanna get a tattoo also...im pretty sure you have to be 18 unless you have parental consent.  if you wanna email me you can at cheer0304k@aol.com

Mallory my name is Catfish I work at a well respected tattoo shop in Iowa and to answer your question you have to be 18 years old to get a tattoo no exceptions.
