16 bit micrprocessor has got 16-bit data bus it has 16 bit adress bus also.the total memory in 16-microprocessor is 2^16/2^10 kb. in 8 bit microprocessor the data bus is of 8 bit and address bus is of 16-bit it has 64 kb of memory.Microcontrollers are nothing but computers on a single chip.
