Use Microsoft Access with VB

Usually I use the following:
Dim dd As Database
Set dd = OpenDatabase("d:\d1.mdb")

But when the database has a password how do I give the opendatabase command
I tried

Set dd = OpenDatabase("d:\d1.mdb", Password="get")

But it did not work. I need the format of opendatabase statement to access the database which has a password.
