When do Yorkies ears stand up?

The ears don't necessarily stand on their own. The hair around the edges may need to be cut because the hair might be too "heavy" for the ears to stand up. If this does not help you can tape the ears in to position to help them stand.

my puppy is 8 weeks old should her ears be standing up already ?

usually when a yorkie is about 15 or 16 months the ears will stand up but even when they don`t stand up yorkies are still the cutest thing.
