How do I get rid of a knot in my calve?

well it sounds like you could have pulled a muscle in your leg,if it hurts it could be that.Maybe it could be a tumar,have you had your blood checked lately,i suggest that you do that,it sounds like you have a blood infection,most people that get a lump in their leggs,ankles,thighs,neck,and scrotum,usually means that they have the hiv virus.like i said go get a blood test,and then an ex-ray..thank you Belinda Mooore RN..
