go to http://americanpomeranianclub.org and click on breeder referral and pick your state.

Go on breeders.net and push in pomeranians and your zip and you will find some closest to you.

I know of a breeder in Washington state. I have talked to her over the phone and visited her website, but due to a large distance I have not visited her property. You might want to check her out. website: http://www.merle-mania.com
