I know a person who said alaskan malamutes are extremely aggressive and will bite for no reason, is that true?

Not true, at all.  Malamutes are sweet and loving.  They have a mind of their own, but the last thing they do is hurt people.

Also Agree, Not True. We are owned By "Aluq",(AKC,Purebred,)Malamute, Whom will be age 5 this year. He's Our big "Luv Muffin". All 150 pounds of him.&Luvs kids. If someone is "mean" to a dog,or you & me, would'ntyou be "mean back?", possibly bite back?

I think this was posted a while ago, but just for the record, I agree.  Alaskan Malamutes are absolute mushes.  My baby is 162 pounds and he is the biggest loving baby you have ever met.  He wouldn't hurt anyone.  When he's approached he rolls over for a belly rub!

what breed is extremely aggressive and bites for no reason? i don't know, but my malamute is the exact opposite. i'venever even heard such a comment about malamutes as a breed. Stubborn? ohh yes.
