I am getting partial result error in a report which returns...

I am getting partial result error in a report which returns just 5k rows.The row limit for the univers is 250K.And the time of execution is just 30 minutes.Limit for time of execution defined in the universe is 140 minutes.
The only thing I doubt is the syncronized queries generated by Business Objects.It has 8 such synchronized query in a single data provider.Can anybody help?
