theory Z is a Japaneses derived theory were workers are considered important in the management of organisations.this theory by William Ouchi incorporates the motivation of employees by their involvement in magament process,decision making and thereby able to carry the companies objective well.

Z Theory is a process where by people are assigned the work. this theory says that people should work in a particular time which is assigned to them.
