Can you tell me if it's ok to breed mom yorkie to son, or dad to daughter?

NO!  Ofcourse its not ok!  Why do you think puppy mills are always getting shut down?!?!  Is it ok for humans.....no....so think about it!

I am not really going to answer that because I don't know exactly. (sorry) but I do know that if the family has any diseases that are inherited, then if you breed that family their pups will most likely get that disease and then you will have created a line of disease-infested dogs! also, that DOES happen in puppy mills, so I am almost positive that you should NOT do it. Just to be on the safe side. (and if you feel like you must, i would suggest asking to your vet.

Normally that would be fine with those combinations but never breed sister to brother because that can cause serious issues. Try it and see what the litter is like if they have bad traits then simply don't breed them again! simple as that.

I don't think that would be the best idea! Many inbred dogs tend to be born with illness or physically disfigured.
