that "bump" is called a cyst.
be sure to get rid of it soon, because if you don't, it will be there for a long time.
rinse your piercing with a hot water and sea salt mixture twice a day or so...it should help in a few weeks.

ok sarah.......here's the deal.  That little bump by your piercing sounds like a keloid.  A keloid is a buildup of scar tissue due to agitation or pressure from the initial piercing. And believe it or not, keloids are like super common.  Ok so getting rid of it........

1.  Some people like to mix crushed asperin with water to make a paste, apply it for and leave it on for about ten minutes and then wash it off.

2.  Frequently use sea salt soaks (1/4 tsp. non iodized sea salt mixed with one cup water(stick your nose in the cup and blow bubbles with your nose for about five minutes daily)

3.  some people also like to make a cup of chamomile tea and then press the used teabag to their nose for like 10 minutes (but im not so sure if that one works) lol

Anyway.....good luck with it!
