I am training for a Marathon in January.  But I am having trouble with my knees and chin splints.  I need help.   I am not getting tired when I run I am just in pain.  I also would like to know if I should be running on my toes more or my heels more.

No offense, by the way. It's just that if you're in pain, that's not a good sign. Don't do something to risk your health.

I am having trouble with my chin splints.  I need help.  What is the most effective way to get rid of my chin splints.
