I have many symptoms of lyme disease. Mostly the bullseye rash. It is spreading. But, the blood test for lyme came back negative. Can that be possible and still have lyme?

It could be a false negative.  You certainly can still have Lyme Disease.  Mostly it is diagnosed by your symptoms because the tests are not that accurate and could be a false positive or false negative.
