hello! my name is heather! and i read about your ?. I'm only 16 but my parents have raised labs since be4 i was boren and it seems that those kinda things happen to alot of labs! we had to put my black lab sugar to sleep when she was 14 only b/c she was not getting around good and she also had alot of tumors i think that if ur lab is ok for now and is still pretty much functioning ok then my opinion i wouldent put him 2 sleep only b/c i know how hard it is but if u feel he is suffering then somthing should be done b/c its not fair to the dog! but just wait a few months and if things get worse then it probably would be necessary to put him down.
