Yes, I have been using Dermasal for about 2 months, and it seems to be working. I have done extensive research into the Fade Away Method, and have found this. The secret to this method is not the actual ingredients used, but to keep the tattoo area in a constant state of mild irritation, which aids your body in ridding the foreign matter, in this case, ink, from your body. So it keeps your body in a constant state of healing and ridding the ink from your skin. Which in turn, causes the tattoo to fade away over time. I chose Dermasal because their company seemed to have the best warranties, and excellent customer service. I think it is important to do business with internet companies who offer a phone number for customer support. Many of these companies do not. So good luck with your tattoo removal journey! I am very happy to have found this rather than pay $600.00 per 5 minute session for laser surgery, which is what I had started to do before finding about the Fade Away Method. Shame on the Dermatologists for not sharing this with their clientel. I personally do not care to make the rich richer, simply because they are too greedy to share the truth!!! Good Luck to you!!!  Mel

I am trying it right now.  I am actually seeing some results but it's way too soon to tell.  Now, after reading the posts, I feel ripped off.

I just bought it a few weeks ago.  It does appear (maybe 2%) to be fading but I would guess rubbing anything that course would probably work.  I am getting little scabs on my arm in places I don't have my tat.  I am going to try to get a refund but I'm skeptical.

It doesn't work, it'll kill your skin.

I have tried to remove a tattoo with Dermasal and it has had no effect at all.
I have tried to contact Dermasal via Instant Messenger on AOL but they never reply to me!
Don't buy it!

i recently bought a 4 month supply of dermasal from www.dermasal.com. I was scheptical of getting it, but it had a 100% money back guarantee so i decided to go ahead. Well i started to use it for about 2 months and i didnt see any change, their wasnt any fading or anything. so i decided to get my money back, and when i tried to contact the company they wont return my emails. So i would like to tell everyone out their NOT to get dermasal.
