I purchased a 91 Chrysler Lebaron GTC and one day the alarm went off and now it doesn't start.  I've turned the key on the door and it doesn't reset the alarm.  Does anyone know what i need to do to reset the alarm?

This happened to me one evening and FINALLY a woman showed me what to do... It was so embarressing..lol!

You said you tried to turn the key on the door.. Was it the passenger side door??
All I did was lock the passenger door and unlock and the alarm went off..

i had the same problem with my lebaron. we removed the drivers door panel and we found round the door lock that a small triangle shaped piece had come off the door lock. in the middle of the triangle is a hole which goes on to the door lock. before you refit the triangle turn the hole with a screwdriver this sould reset the alarm

put the key into the driver or passenger outer door lock and unlock the door. Even if it is already unlocked. The turning of the key will shut it off. If this is a future problem, DO NOT USE THE AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCK SWITCH (looks like a power window switch) INSIDE. This will set the alarm.

just take a pare of wire sniper and cut the wire, or take a slug to the alarm, or take it to a dealer. LOLOLOL Seriously, it works
