If your dog is aggressive he MUST HAVE professional training, not be adopted out.  It is too dangerous to adopt out a dog that you already think is aggressive; he may or may not be.  I can't tell you w/o further info.  If you can try and keep him he needs to be trained, socialized, and kept responsibly!!  This is the key.  If this isn't done he's destined to a life of misery and possibly will cause misery and fear to others.  If you can't have this dog responsibly, maybe he should be euthanized (I know that's sad but it's better than him or anyone else getting hurt and more traumatized because of your irresponsibility.  It's not fair to him or any innocent person.

If your isn't properly trained, anything could traumatize him!  That's why dogs have to be socialized and trained (they go together, by the way).

If you'd like further information i'd suggest looking for an experienced trainer through the IACP.  You can check out their webpage at: www.dogpro.org

I wish you and your dog the best.

THE MORE LOVE YOU SHOW HIM THE LESS AGRESSIVE HE WILL BE. TRUST ME I KNOW.I HAVE THREE PITBULLLS, MY OLDEST PIT WAS THREE YEARS OLD WHEN I GOT HER AND SHE WAS VERY MEAN. I SHOWED HER SO MUCH LOVE THAT SHE NO LONGER HAD A REASON TO BE MEAN. JUST DROWN HIM WITH LOVE AND HE'LL GROW OUT OF BEING MEAN.  WHEN YOU FEED HIM TAKE TURNS LETTING EVERYONE IN THE HOUSEWHOLE FEED HIM.
