can pink eye be transmitted from people to pets or vice versa?

No the reason whyis because i never seen a pet with pinkeye.

my dog has bleeding from eyes and they are pink . can dogs get pink eye?

yes pink eye can be transmitted between people and pets. beacuse it is a virius and it can be spread from any animal that has pink eye or between any human that has pink eye!!

I think so since I have pink eye and Alex my dog is scratching his eye.
