We're doing the same show. I bought a mask at a costume shop and am painting it "badly". I'll ad some cotton for hair and spray it gray. It's supposed to be handmade and not very good, so don't stress. Besides, it's onstage for... what, 10 seconds?

Have fun and break a leg.
