on major teroh on its ability "remove all black creatures from the game" does that include the creature cards in the deck of the player with black.

most spells only affect permanents IN PLAY (not graveyard, library, hand, removed from game...)

the 'in play' part is implied, see the official rules at www.wizards.com/magic

Are you sure? Becuase it doesn't say IN play
it says removes ALL from the game because my friend and I always argue if its in library or field
