you need to get a graphics library or download winbgim.h header file. The winbgim.h file has many graphic tools you can use with c++. Just google the file and you will find many download websites.

To use graphics in c++ (Turboc3 compiler)do the following-
1- initialise the function
      initgraph(&gd,&gm,"    ");
      gd- driver 0,1;
      gm - mode 0,1;
      "   " - path of file in which bgi object
              file is stored.
2- now you can use functions like-
   line(x1,y1,x2,y2);
   circle(x,y,r);
   setcolor(RED);
   rectangle(Xlu,Ylu,Xrb,Yrb);
   ........
......
3- close the graph in last by
   closegraph();

As we can not access the  graphics in the edit  windows of the c++.so at first we have  to include the graphics function.after that initialise the BGA & CGA files through a command where we will use the  init() function.Till  all  the variables of the  CGA & BGA functions are initialised we can not use the graphics in c++.
