My Parents has got green card and my mom and sister has filed up a petition as well and i got an i-20 form from one of the college out there. currently I am in UK on a student visa as most of there site are saying that u should apply from your home country will you please solve few doubts:-
a) Is that worth it applying here
b) I am showing them enough of my funds
c) In the DS - 156,157 & 158 form they have asked about those petition and i am gonna give it to them, can it cause some prob
d) once i will be on F1 visa how to go for green card as my mom filed her petition in 2001.
