How many gallons or liters of gasoline are made from a barrel of crude oil?  What are the other products and quantities made from that same barrel?

That is an excellent and very meaningful question! The answer varies quite a bit. The process of refining can be "pushed" one way or the other to attempt to get more or less of one product or the other, but only within fairly narrow limits.  It also depends upon the make-up and quality of the crude as it comes out of the ground. The quality varies considerably throughout the world.
A "barrel" of crude oil consists of 42-gallons. The refining process is sometimes referred to as the "cracking triangle" because the volumes of the various products are somewhat represented by the shape of an equilateral triangle. The heavier elements refined out of crude would be represented roughly by the bottom third of the triangle's height, and therefore the largest area.  These would be asphalt, roofing tar, heavy boiler fuel, grease, and heavy lubricating oils. The middle third of the triangle's height would probably represent home heating oil, motor oil, diesel fuel, and thin lubricating oil. The top third of the triangle's height would represent the light elements such as gasoline, naphtha, solvent, and ether. I would venture a GUESS that only three or four gallons of finished gasoline can be produced from an average 42-gallon barrel of crude oil.
