How can I stop the porn popups from SexStream?  Popup blockers do not work.  I have never been to a porn website so I do not know how or why they started.  I have no control over them.  I just now went to the SexStream website to see if I could contact them to get the popups to stop and exited the website and that led me here.  Does this web master have anything to do with the porn website.  What can I do to get them to stop invading my privacy?

well i had similar problems with pop ups and spyware so i was advised to download

1 google toolbar
2 spybot search & destroy 1.3
3 spywarelaster

ive never looked back, brilliant

but please remember these are free
and items 2 and 3 are not updated automatically , click search for updates
incorporate this into your weekly maintenance
which should look something like this,in my opinion

1 update antivirus
2 update spybot s&d
3 update spywareblaster

in temp internet files
4 delete cookies
5 delete files
6 clear history (set for 1 week )

  in system tools
7 clean sweep
8 scandisc
9 defragment

10 run spyware blaster
11 run spybot s & d (search then fix)
12 run antivirus full scan

restart computer after any installation
one last tip

(windows 95,98 and maybe some others)

click start, run then type sfc then click ok
this tells you if you have any problems with your system files,if you have any problems either install from installation disc or ignore ,dont select update or you wont find the problem next time you sfc (system file checker)

Joyce if you still wonder how do get rid of the pop up, you might want to try from the registry. back up ur registry and see if u can find this key    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\clsid\
{00000000-8633-1405-0b53-2c8830e9faec}. go to start, then RUN and type regedit to access the registry editor where u will look for that key above. if u can't find it then try Ad-aware 6.0 . you can just do a google search and download that free software that will remove stuff like that.
if it still doesn't work, open internet explorer and check in view and toolbars see if there are odd tool bars and search for removal softwares on those.
AND if it still doesn't work just google search like "porn popup removal" stuff like taht and run the removal software.

Or u could always reformat ur pc or just take to a repair shop
