I just bought a '97 Sebring LXI used.  During heavy rains I'm getting bizarre erradic electrical problems. Stuff like blinker turning on and freezing, abs dash light coming on, and even the car not turning off after removing the key. The problems are never constant and always varying.  Any ideas of what's getting damaged or where to start looking?

Have your alternator checked.  Alternators that are failing to produce the required voltage are known to cause erratic problems with dash/electrical.  The car staying running with the key off though, I've honestly never heard of that problem.  I would check to be sure all aftermarket alarm systems/remote start systems are removed properly, although I can't really believe thats the problem, at least it is a place to start.
