I have several questions.  For one I have a 9 year old Minature Pincher named Lucky. In the last few months he has began dragging his left rear leg. he also bunny hops up the stairs and when he takes a bowel movement he falls over constantly. I have taken him to 3 Vets and they say different things.  One says nothing is wrong with him.  He can't even jump on the sofa and it is low. What can his problem be?  Question 2.  I live in Laredo Texas and none of the Vets seem to know Lucky's problem.  The neighbors all see it.  Yet the Vets can't.  Are there any qualified vet doctors in the San Antonio area to help Lucky?  Question number 3.  I am 100% disabled and Lucky is my life.  I am on a limited income.  Are there facilities that can help me with his surgery if needed and his MRI?  I just can't lose him and it is so sad to see him in pain.  This has come on very suddenly in the last few months.  I have spent almost all I have saved to help him.  Please advise.  Thank you.
