what is the best way to do a homemade tattoo? i have cut to bleeding with a knife and i think its scarring, but i want it to be permanent.

If U want it semi permant then u only cut until u c pink skin i doznt hurt much then cut a pen in half and smear it over ur cut depending on how deep the cut is it should las 2-3 months!

Best way would be to scratch ... but not so much you start to bleed then put ink in the scratch ... dont wash off the ink for at least 8 hours

i used a safty pin and poked it but it hurt so i took the safty pin and scratched it.

hmm well first take a cd player take it apart take out the engine and then take a tooth brush burn the end so the engine will fit on it tape it down and then take a pin tear it apart and then use the grip for a handle on the front of the tooth brush tape tha down take the ball out of the pin and then dran the ink out of the pin cut it so its big enough 2 stick out of the grip then get a guitar and take a strig of it cut it so it will go from the engine 2 the end of the gun and then sharpen the needle and make sure u clean it and make sure the needle dosnt go 2 far into the pin well iam not the best at explaining but thats about the best i can do for ya

think about what you are doing to your body. if you want to participate in scarring and you know enough about it, go to someone that is trained to do it and will do it properly for you.
