If a person is driving someones vehicle without a license gets into a accident with a license driver being in fault does the license driver have to pay for damages of the other vehicle

They do not.  The person driving w/o a license is immediately at fault.

i no somebody drivig without a driving liscence and they are dangerous what should i do
