I'm installing a new hot tub in my home...the basement is finished but I believe I have found a path along the duct work running the lenght of my basement. Unfortunately to get to that point I will have to go through the basement wall outside along the side of the house then back into the basement. How can I do this using Romex? Is this legal? Any suggestions, would be appreciated.
