there are few common problem will comes when the users are testing an web application for the first time . i have listed few problem below

1.Page Not found
2.Session Control
3.Usability and Navigation
4.browser compatibility

Non-exixtance os URLs and Falure to bring correct page by URLs,Spelling mistakes in static text present in web pages,color mismatch betweeen expected color of the webpage and it's actual color.....
