I Have Just completed my MBA i want to set up a TV Cable...

I Have Just completed my MBA i want to set up a TV Cable Company in my hometown which is very less populated about 1,000 TV , So i don't know where to begin i have read all articles about this in this site like the FAQ about wireless , i want to know how much will this company cost? , i have about 15,000$ , some one told me that all i need is about five Big Stalites and one machine and also the cables then i can begin to provide the people about 50 International and Local Channels , Please Help me
