I wanna buy (by mail) electronic spare parts to fix a Portable DVD SHINCO 1731A ?

Can anybody help me ?

I would like to by by mail a power board for a 1994 Sony projection TV model # KP53S55 and the part or board # is A-1297-238-A, can anyone help me locate a source since the board may be discontinued.
