I'd strongly advise against it, the odds of having genetic problems is much greater since they potentially have almost all their genes in common.

I also advise against it because breeding chihuahuas is not for amateurs, even experienced breeders sometimes lose the mother and/or the litter.  The vet costs alone are very high, much more than you could recoup by selling the pups.

Absolutely not unless you are a long-time breeder, familiar with the bloodlines, genetics, and health issues of the two dogs. Breeding closely related dogs should only be attempted by VERY experienced people dedicated to producing the best possible representatives of their breed-both in type and health.
