Our church has a Wersi electronic piano. Several months ago during a church service the pianist was playing a hymn and one of the notes just "bonked"! very loudly and didn't do it again until the next Sunday service.  It is very sporadic but makes it very undependable for playing.  Are there any Wersi dealers around the central part of Iowa that could look at it to see what's wrong?  One person came out to look at it but of course the piano played perfectly when he was here.  HELP!

I am so sorry you have had such a bad experience with Wersi. The same problem befell me with a brand new Wersi keyboard, but Wersi will not refund my money. For nearly one year now, Wersi offers to repair or replace this defective product. I recommend running as far away from Wersi as a human can go.  Did you finally get relief from your problem? More details at: http://www.mercy-no-wersi.com where you may reply to my question.
