i want to get the list state that issues the Social Security # for example 522 is  colorado
what about 523 what state it will go for.

some one told me first three digit represent the state
is it true

523 numbers are issued to people that obtained the card in Colorado.  This link will show you a list: http://www.ssa.gov/foia/stateweb.html
