The short answer is, they don't.

Some groups or traditions may use animal terms to indicate rank or offices in that group, but neither the ones you ask about or any others are used in Wicca as a whole.

Common terms used in Wicca to indicate how far one has progressed in studying are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree; some groups and traditions may use names instead of (or as well as) numbers for the degrees.  Others don't use degrees at all.

The most common terms used to indicate rank in Wicca are High Priestess and High Priest, for female and male coven leaders respectively (in some traditions, any 3rd degree is called a High Priest/ess), though many other terms are in use.  Outside the group s/he leads, a High Priest/ess is usually respected as a group leader but has no formal authority.  Another common term is Elder.  Sometimes this refers to status in a particular group (coven, circle, grove, etc), just as High Priest/ess does, and likewise confers no authority outside the group; it may also be used in the Pagan community to refer to those in that community who are particularly knowledgeable in Wicca or in a related specialty such as tarot reading.

There are no ranks that hold authority throughout Wicca - covens, circles, etc, are usually autonomous.
