How can the advertisements make people want to buy the things that are advertised?

Tv advertisements make people buy their product as they use , pretty womens and men to engage the audience

well, i believe the way they make people buy is due to the fact that people want things, and if the ad can make it seem that the item in question is really good then the person will want it.

just remember the "ginger" incident, if you don't remember, it was a mystery item being sold for thousands and turned out to be a pair of wheels on a stick. so many people cheated because of curiosity.
