What are the regulations in Missouri, reguarding wheather or not you need a legal guardian when getting your belly button pierced? Assuming you do need a parent or legal guardian present, what is their role? Do they just have to sign a piece or paper, or do they need to show proof of their presence in bring your legal guardian or not?
