Is there anything that the C compiler can execute but not the C++ compiler

if we are doing in work in dynamic memory allocation to allocate the memory then we allocate memory by two function (calloc,malloc) but when we allocate memory in c++ then we alocate memory by (new function )and relase by delte .c++ compiler can execute c program but c compiler cn'tdo this.
